A: Anyone! As long as the location is within our delivery area, we will deliver trees to homes, offices, restaurants, malls, churches, retirement communities, banks... you name it! You can view our delivery area map to see if we deliver to your area.

A: NO! This is a very common misconception, but the National Fire Protection Agency (NFPA) has found that only one-tenth of one percent of residential fires involve a Christmas tree- both real AND fake. A: Actually, you are not allergic to the Christmas tree itself, you are allergic to either pesticides that have been applied to the tree or pollen that has blown onto the tree from other nearby trees. There have been some cases where a person is allergic to an actual tree or plant, but they are extremely rare. If you have experienced an allergic reaction to a Christmas tree in the past, just let us know when you place your order and we will be happy to wash down your tree at no additional charge.

Q: Why doesn’t TreeSleigh.com offer flocked trees?
A: We do not offer flocked trees for one simple reason; flocking is detrimental to our environment. When a tree is flocked, chemicals and foreign substances are applied to the tree, thereby making it unable to be recycled. Also, most people are not aware that the lowest quality trees are chosen to be flocked since the branches will be covered with flocking material, and TreeSleigh.com offers only the highest quality trees.
Q: Are TreeSleigh.com Christmas trees considered to be “open” or “dense” in appearance?
A: It has always been difficult to classify Christmas trees as being “open” or “dense” since those descriptions are subjective. Some may consider a tree to be open, while someone else may consider the same tree to be dense. The trees provided by TreeSleigh.com are considered by the industry to be between medium and high in density. We have found that the majority of our customers prefer a medium to high density tree.
