TreeSleigh.com will do everything possible in order to exceed your expectations for outstanding service and quality. If the quality of a Christmas tree is determined to be less than #1 Grade, we will remove the tree and either deliver another tree at an agreed upon date or refund the cost of the tree, whichever is preferred by the customer. If any accessories are defective per the manufacturer’s specifications, we will provide a replacement or refund the cost of the product.
